KINIK has established the “Patent Management Regulations” to build a complete patent layout for the Company's core technologies. The Regulations also help in the standardization of the management procedures for the intellectual property issuance process, proposal review and patent acquisition, including the establishment of a patent proposal and application reward system. This system encourages the Company's employees to apply for more patents improving R&D performance and technical standards. In addition, the "KINIK Patent Map" has been constructed by KINIK to keep abreast of the latest patent layout and trends of itself and its competitors, as important reference information for product development and patent layout, and to further improve the quality and protection of patent cases to effectively avoid patent infringement or trademark infringement disputes with competitors.
