Labor Policy

  1. Do not use forced, bonded, indentured or involuntary labor.
  2. In order to protect the future productivity of the country and ensure the life and health of ”child labor”, it is prohibited to hire child laborers under the age of 15 to engage in labor.
  3. Working hours are not to exceed the maximum set by local law. Further, a workweek should not be more than 60 hours per week, including overtime, except in emergency or unusual situations.
  4. The wages paid to employees shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  5. Treat employees fairly and with respect and never treat employees in inhumane ways such as with cruelty, insults or abuse.
  6. Ensure that employees are not discriminated against in terms of hiring, promotion, rewards and training opportunities because of their race, color, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, ethnicity or nationality, disability, pregnancy, religion, political stance, club background, veteran status, protected genetic information or marital status.
  7. Respect the legal rights of employees to associate freely. Employees may organize an association at their free will and abide by the rights conferred by laws and regulations to promote the coordination of labor-management relations and protect the rights and interests of employees.
