Human Rights Policy
KINIK Company upholds and adheres to the principles of basic human rights such as 《United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR)》,《United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs)》,《United Nations Global Compact (UNGC)》, ILO Declaration on《 Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work》, as well as all applicable laws and regulations in the locations where the Company operates. This Human Rights Policy is established to protect all departments, subsidiaries, and branches of the Company, as well as all employees—including full-time employees, part-time employees, contract staff, interns, and dispatched/agency workers. At the same time, the Company encourages and expects its suppliers, business partners, and all parties engaged in commercial relationships with us to jointly comply with the following principles to safeguard human rights:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in each operating location and follow the standards of the International Labour Organization to protect labor rights.
- Commit to eliminating all forms of forced labor. The Company does not use forced, debt-bonded, indentured, coerced, or involuntary labor, nor engage in slavery or human trafficking.
- To protect the future productive capacity of the nation and safeguard the life and health of children, the Company strictly prohibits the employment of child labor under the age of 15. To ensure full compliance, all candidates must provide valid identification for verification during recruitment, and hiring must be conducted in accordance with legal requirements.
- The Company adopts a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of workplace discrimination or harassment. No employee shall be discriminated against based on race, color, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, ethnicity or nationality, disability, pregnancy, religion, political belief, group affiliation, protected veteran status, protected genetic information, marital status, or any other protected status. The Company guarantees equal opportunities in hiring, promotion, rewards, and training, ensures humane and fair treatment, and upholds equal pay for equal work and equal value.
- All employment practices must fully comply with applicable laws, including payment of wages and overtime compensation, and ensuring employees’ statutory rights to leave. Where unused paid annual leave remains upon year-end or upon termination of employment (including resignation, contract expiration, or other reasons), wages shall be compensated in accordance with legal requirements to protect employees’ rights. The statutory notice period for termination or payment in lieu of notice shall also be strictly observed.
- The Company respects employees’ legal rights to freedom of association. Employees may voluntarily form or join associations or organizations and exercise legally granted collective bargaining rights to promote harmonious labor-management relations and safeguard employee rights. The Company is committed to establishing continuous two-way communication between employees and management.
- The Company complies with all applicable occupational safety and health laws and safeguards employees’ physical and mental well-being through workplace safety management, training, health examinations, and health-promotion programs. We continuously improve workplace safety and hygiene conditions, reduce the risk of occupational injuries, and commit to providing a safe, healthy, and sanitary working environment.
- The Company provides diverse communication channels and grievance mechanisms, enabling employees, customers, suppliers, investors, local communities, and other stakeholders to contact the Company and provide feedback or raise concerns.
