Diamond Polishing Tape
1. The features:
Kinik Company Ltd. has the basis of versatile abrasive tool manufacturing technology. The abrasive particles of micro- or nano- scale with high purity such as diamond、alumina、silicon carbide combined with high precise coating technology allows to develop a high performance abrasive polish tape product with excellent swarf removal capability.
　
2. Features:
(1) Flexible, grinding can be performed on any workpiece of irregular shape.
(2) Excellent water and oil resistance, grinding and polishing can be performed on surfaces of plastic、metal and ceramic which required addition of water and oil cutting fluid.
(3) Excellent swarf removal function, reduction of scratch generation results the surface of workpiece had effect of surface.
(4) Stable material removal rate, process speed and quality can be controlled effectively.
(5) The product can be custom-made according to specific requirement, consultant services of related technique are also provided.
